一、前处理
1、 Pre processing
投入产品:将被涂物放到插件上,准备进行涂装作业。
Product input: Place the coated material on the plugin and prepare for coating operation.
静电除尘:使用静电除尘器在工作表面形成高压负离子电场,并用高压空气流吹工件表面,以有效清除注塑时带来的油质、灰尘以及塑料表面电荷积累的带电粒子所吸附的尘埃。
Electrostatic precipitator: Use an electrostatic precipitator to form a high-voltage negative ion electric field on the working surface, and blow the surface of the workpiece with a high-pressure air flow to effectively remove the oil, dust, and dust adsorbed by charged particles accumulated on the plastic surface during injection molding.
预处理:工件在喷粉之前必须进行表面处理去油去锈。根据工件油污、锈蚀程度以及底漆要求,采用不同的工艺流程。一般油污、锈蚀、氧化皮混合工件常用的工艺流程是脱脂除锈“二合一”、水清洗、中和、表调、磷化、水清洗、烘干(或直接电泳)。在这一工段所用药液较多,主要有除锈剂、除油剂、表调剂、磷化剂等。

Different process flows are adopted based on the degree of oil contamination, corrosion, and primer requirements of the workpiece. The commonly used process for mixed workpieces with oil stains, rust, and oxide scales is the "two in one" degreasing and rust removal, water cleaning, neutralization, surface adjustment, phosphating, water cleaning, drying (or direct electrophoresis). There are many chemicals used in this section, mainly including rust remover, oil remover, surface conditioner, phosphating agent, etc.

预热:为了更好地上色,给被涂物加热。
Preheating: To achieve better coloring, heat the object being coated.
底漆喷涂:把塑料本身的颜色覆盖,为生产要求的颜色先底色喷涂。
Primer spraying: Covering the color of the plastic itself, and spraying the base color first to meet the production requirements.
烘干:通过隧道里的IR区进行烘干,使底漆达到半干状态,为下一道喷涂作准备。
Drying: Drying is carried out through the IR zone in the tunnel to achieve a semi dry state of the primer, preparing for the next spray coating.
表面喷涂:按照生产要求喷涂上色。
Surface spraying: Spray and color according to production requirements.
三、固化与后处理
3、 Curing and post-processing
溜平干燥:通过隧道进行溜平与烘干。
Smooth drying: Smooth and dry through tunnels.
UV喷涂固化:使用UV涂料,并搭配UV365nm光线,按照涂料要求的照色量(如800~1200mj)进行瞬间固化。
UV spray curing: Use UV coating and combine it with UV365nm light to achieve instant curing according to the required color exposure of the coating (such as 800~1200mj).
冷却:经过高温固化的工件需要进行冷却处理。
Cooling: Workpieces that have undergone high-temperature solidification require cooling treatment.
检查与包装:对涂装完成的工件进行检查,确保质量合格后进行包装。
Inspection and packaging: Inspect the painted workpieces to ensure quality before packaging.
四、注意事项
4、 Precautions
在涂装生产线上涂装时,为防止溶剂在车间内的扩散和尘埃落入漆槽内,浸漆槽应保护起来。
When painting on the painting production line, in order to prevent the diffusion of solvents in the workshop and dust from falling into the paint tank, the immersion tank should be protected.
大型物件在涂装生产线上浸涂后,应待溶剂基本挥发后再送入烘房。
After immersion coating on the painting production line, large objects should wait for the solvent to evaporate before being sent to the drying room.
涂装时要不断注意涂料粘度的测定,每班应测定1~2次粘度,若粘度增高超过原粘度的10%,就应及时补加溶剂。添加溶剂时,应停止浸涂作业。
During painting, constant attention should be paid to the determination of paint viscosity. The viscosity should be measured 1-2 times per shift. If the viscosity increases by more than 10% of the original viscosity, the solvent should be added in a timely manner. When adding solvents, the immersion coating operation should be stopped.
在涂装生产线上进行浸涂操作时,可能造成被涂上、下部的漆膜具有厚度差异,尤其是在被涂物的下边缘出现肥厚积存。为提高涂层的装饰性,在小批量浸涂时可用刷子手工除掉多余积存的漆滴,也可用离心力或静电引力设备除掉这些漆滴。
When performing dip coating operations on the painting production line, it may cause thickness differences between the paint film on the upper and lower parts of the coating, especially the accumulation of thickening at the lower edge of the coated object. To improve the decorative effect of the coating, excess accumulated paint droplets can be manually removed with a brush during small batch immersion coating, or removed with centrifugal force or electrostatic attraction equipment.
在涂装生产线上浸涂木制件时,注意时间不能太长,以免木材吸入过量的涂料,造成慢干和浪费。
When dipping wooden parts on the coating production line, it is important to note that the time should not be too long to prevent the wood from absorbing excessive paint, resulting in slow drying and waste.
涂装流水线经历了由手工到生产线、到自动生产线的发展过程,自动化的程度越来越高,在工业生产中发挥着重要作用。
