　　VOCs废气处理设备和其它的生产、生活用品一样，使用中也会出现这样那样的问题，但是正常的使用和保养能够延长VOCs废气处理设备的使用寿命，让设备较加高速的运转，机器工作时需要处理的废气由风管引入净化塔，喷淋塔经过填料层，在通过袋式除尘器，进入活性炭吸附箱体内，进行吸附废气处理，吸附处理过后，再有催化燃烧装置进行净化，催化燃烧装置产生的热气流回转到活性炭吸附箱内，将吸附饱和后的活性炭进行高温脱附，以此流程净化后的废气可以合理的达到地方排放标准的排放要求，低于我国排放标准。

　　一、VOC废气处理设备在不同情况下要如何检查？

1、 How should VOC waste gas treatment equipment be inspected under different conditions?

　　1、日常运行检查：经过试车、调试进入正常生产后，操作人员每天要定期巡回检查设备现场。把巡回检查的结果如实记录下来，与运行记录一起给予总结，作为定期维修的资料。

　　2、试车准备阶段检查：VOCs废气处理设备在安装、配管、仪表工程全部完工，并在对设备本体及配管的清洗工作结束后，应按照下列检查项目进行检查、维护。

　　3、安装准备阶段检查：VOCs废气处理设备及附件在已进行严格的质量检查，经检验合格后发货。因此对组装成形的设备及附件不作不需要的拆卸和打开。但应认真对照发货清单。清点、检查货物，以便安装工序顺利进行。VOCs废气处理设备等在运输或开箱时，发现已有涂漆、防锈层损坏，应进行需要的修补。安装时，在设备本体表面不允许进行电焊、气割作业，以内部橡胶衬层不被烧坏。

4. Regular inspection: After one year of normal production, VOCs waste gas treatment equipment should undergo regular inspection. Regular inspection is to ensure stable operation without accidents within two years and one year. In order to shorten the parking time for regular inspections, it is advisable to conduct inspections simultaneously with other equipment and devices at the water station, as long as the number of inspectors and maintenance workers permits.
